Hello, I came across this half dollar a while back. The reverse has some missing devices. Would this be a Grease Fill error? Thank you everyone.

The D mint for 1976 was probably the worst ever mint coins. The production start in 1975 which has relative nice strikes. In 1976 was an catastrophe because they reuse all the 1975 Dies repolish and remade.

That is a common area for these halves for strike thru grease issues.
