Would appreciate the community's opinion if this Large Cent is destined to sport questionable color on the front of its home in a pcgs or NGC holder. On coin facts I can't find any examples that have toning like this one which is why I need confirmation from you guys . Thanks

Could be artificial toning. Obverse photo too blurry. I'm confused, is this your coin or a coin you are thinking of buying? If you are considering buying this online, ask seller for full photo of slab so you can see cert. number to check if its on PCGS or NGC.

Copper that was dipped many years ago can often take on this look. Not origiinal skin.

Not original; likely cleaned some time ago. Are you actually considering sending it to a TPG?

Unnatural toning for copper but pretty neat otherwise.
