Looks like a struck through debris, but need to see the reverse side. Also, please properly rotate photos before posting them. John1

I'm not convinced it is struck through and am leaning toward damage, but would also like to see the other side.

could be a struck through, but we need to see the reverse first.

Thank you all for being so kind and for taking the time to offer your opinions, first of all. Here is a picture of the reverse. If need be, I can certainly upload others. If any of you believe this is, in fact, a struck through error, what would you recommend I do next? Is it possible there is value to this coin? P.S. I will make sure photos are rotated correctly in the future& As always, thank you in advance! - Rachel

If it is a struck through debris, just put it in a 2x2 holder and add to your collection. It would not have much if any premium,it would be a "fun find". I am not 100% sure of my diagnosis am going by photos you have the coin in hand. John1

It looks like a struck through to me. I see no bulging of the reverse. No real extra value added, but it is a nice example. 2x2 it. I check to see if there is a desire for a struck through like this, go look at ebay sold items for struck through coins to get a good estimate of any added value.

Thank you for your insight, it is much appreciated. As I've said already, it has been a joy to find Coin Community and I look forward to learning so much from you all. I hope all of you will continue to respond to my topics (more like questions) as I am always eager to see your responses.
Have a great day and I will be sure to update as soon as I have gotten more information on this coin.
