I know that denver coins are in better condition than philadelphia. I chose ms-67 for denver and ms-64 for philly in overall roll grades I wish philly would handel there bags and wraping rolls better ! just carl Bedrock of the Community United States 20753 Posts	Posted 04/15/2009 7:11 pm In the past I've opened what I thought was brand new, never touched, never used coins and found that they looked like a pinwheel type markings on them. Might well have been in some kind of counting machine. So called perfect or closer to perfect just don't find there way to me in rolls. Report this Post to the Staff
TNG Bedrock of the Community United States 10284 Posts	Posted 04/15/2009 7:28 pm I voted average MS63 but I think this would vary on the composition of the coin and which denomination it is. Even what year it was. Some coins were tossed around in mint sewn bags again and again and didn't make it to rolled coin for some time while others went quickly to becoming rolls.
