I am very new looking for a little feedback.i am assuming what looks like indentions on the lettering is grease? Also the blip underneath the U is a coating issue? Thanks ahead of time for any input.

to the forum!

What you see on the lettering is just an issue with the copper plated zinc cents. You will have raised and sunken areas appear on the lettering that makes it look odd. As for the "blip" underneath the "U", I do not see anything.

Makes complete sense. I appreciate the response. I will post coin information on any future questions.
