The attached 2015-d Saratoga Quarter is what caught my eye and have been going through to learn more ever since. I'm still not sure what error this may be or what may have caused it if not. Is anyone able help with what this would be? * Edited by Staff to Add Year / Mintmark / Denomination to Title.
