reminds me of the known Bugs Bunny variety found on some coins ( Franklin half dollar, etc.) But I'm not too sure about them, or if they are a true mint error, but maybe a type of die clash.

Looks like a clash to me on the reverse. Nose, eyelid and lips have evidence too. Note a large premium in value. cool find tho!

I don't have my new CherryPickers' Guide handy, but several of these made it into the Guide and now have FS numbers. Dollar value goes way up if you have a high grade example of one of those, but unsure which dates got FS numbers.
