Looks like a nice legit double clipped planchet. There's a slight Blakesly effect near LIBERTY.

I do see slight Blakesly at Liberty.
Is the Blakesly effect guaranteed on all clipped planchets?
Or just often found there?

Great find! For future references, wear gloves when handling coins or hold them by the edge only. Fingerprint will never come off, unless soaked in acetone right away, when fresh.
