*** Edited by Staff to Add Year / Mintmark / Denomination to Title. It's very important to have in the title. ***

Tell me what you think of these 2.

1. Not sure what happened to this 1st one. 1969-D folded at the top...error or just damage?

2. The "9" in "19" of 1959 is kinda missing its bottom. It doesn't look like damage to me because there is no damage elsewhere on the coin. Even if someone tried to shave of the bottom of the "9" in "19" it looks like a very clean shave or an error.

Let me know what you think. thanks

One coin per thread please.
1st coin is a Cud and the other looks like a Struck Through Grease.

Nice Cud! Looks like CU-1c-1969D-07 on the cuds-on-coins site http://cuds-on-coins.com/lincoln-ce...s-1959-1969/ (scroll down on the link until you find it)

Thanks for the education on Cuds. Wasn't exactly sure what I was looking at.
Do Cuds have any value? From what I've read so far, it can go either way.

Thanks

They have some value. The best way to check, is to look at the "sold" prices on ebay. Not the what people are selling them for. It will give you an idea.

Yes save the Cud in a 2x2 and spend the other one. I used to save cents from 1959, but got tired of them not going up in value.

Nice Cud. Most all Cuds have value, the bigger, like yours the better.
