heavy toning makes it extremely difficult to see the coins surfaces. looks like a scratch in front of the profile and between the eye and mouth with a few on the reverse. the reverse botchy toning could indicate an old cleaning and retone. it just don't look nornal.
I'm seeing rub on the reverse and who knows what else is going on under that toning/patina - I'll give your cent the benefit of the doubt and go with AU58 at most.
