If you're asking about the color, it's just stained. Copper can take on any number of colors from the environment.

What your calling hairs is just stains from being in a cup holder or a moist napkin or cloth which has transferred the design onto coin.

Try an acetone dip, if it is hair, it will come off and if it is staining, which it is it will not change.
