This is a recent addition to my collection. There were a lot of "die events" in that run (clashes and huge reverse die cracks). Also a relatively common DDO, DDR RPM. http://varietyvista.com/09a%20WQ%20...0SDDO001.htm
This coin has a long rim Cud under the date and some nice toning to go with it. Thanks for looking!

I do not see the clash. The Die crack youknow well is present on all coins. Your is longer so relative aged striking Die. Those mini Cuds are new for me. Mini Cuds and anvil longer crack = aged Double dies (anvil and hammer). Strange no one was change before.

Nice one Will. Wish there was some way to enlarge the Coinfacts images. My tiny phone screen doesn't show much detail.
Silviosi, if you read it again, he said some coins were produced with a flash this year.

His coin has the rim Cud and some toning.

Very attractive quarter, Willburton! But that looks more like a Rim Fin than a Cud to me.

Thanks folks. @ Hondo this is definitely a rim Cud as I have it in hand and have seen other examples. I wouldn't post my 2400th post in error. Lol

The " Cud" looks more like a folded-over Rim Fin, as it is continuous along the rim and then diminishes with distance.
