Should I send it to PCGS? its struck wrong, d filled in on the obverse, on the reverse the eagle has something going on. the leg of the bird is a bone with a ring on the bottom on his left leg. on the thigh something is attached to his right thigh, please help Thank you for your help * Edited by Staff to Add Year / Mintmark / Denomination to Title. Errers and Varietys Bedrock of the Community United States 74095 Posts	Posted 02/09/2024 02:28 am Just seeing a normal, circulated quarter. The filled in mint marks are very common. I think the left leg is just showing damage ( PMD). Definitely not worth sending to a TPG, as it's only worth face value. Errers and Varietys.
