It seems to have medal alignment instead of coin alignment .

No, it looks like coin alignment to me. If it were medal alignment the reverse anomaly would be on the bottom.

Please remove this coin? carefully and get a nice edge on image and the weight please.

snafu0571, the denticles on Canadian cents are slightly rounded at the tip while those on Indian Head cents are more squared.
