I'll defer to others on the grade but will comment about the pics. They are large, cropped, and in focus, which is awesome. However, there is a bit of glare in places, which sometimes hides important features used in assessing the surface condition. I assuming you are already diffusing the light sources--maybe make them even a bit more diffuse?

Really hard to pinpoint a grade with the images. It looks really grainy to me. I'm sure it is just the images but I find that they take away the luster that appears to be there. Try reducing the sharpness setting on your scope, that may help a bit.

Coin looks a little bright in color, I like it at a net AU-50.

With your photography, there is too much light on the coin, washing out the surfaces and making it impossible to see the depth and location of possible damage. Depending on your setup, the background color will make a difference. I see your background is black, which would automatically increase the exposure time which floods out the coin. I have found that a light gray makes the most accurate and easiest exposure to work with. If you are working with a manual camera, you should be able to adjust your settings accordingly.

Once you nail the exposure and white balance, you can make the small tweaks!

Looks AU-50 but photos are too bright to determine if it was cleaned.
