I would say it's an easy VG. It might be Fine, but not Very Fine. There's some scrapes on the obverse between the profile and the edge that are a concern.

this one may grade higher than you think. good definition separating feather 1 from the hair. both rachi are defined. hair clasp is sharp. all the high points of the face are rounded. on the reverse the tip of the tail is in shadow so its hard to assess that. the torso is quite rounded. I'm betting that the buffs head has been polished on the die giving it that flat look.

we need fortcollins where are you my friend?...I'm at AU50 maybe 53. theres not a whole lot of wear on this coin, I think its a nice piece IGE
