I'm concerned about the surfaces, but I think it's VF30.

So am I. I didn't scrutinize the coin well enough before buying. Now that I have, I've noticed what may be the start of a lamination peel on the right side of the obverse when looking at the coin.

Full sharp bust line, EF-40. Possibly cleaned but could just be photo lighting.
