vermontensium Moderator United States 16679 Posts	Posted 04/17/2009 04:03 am With the two contact marks on the obverse above the "1" and the carbon spot in front of the nose, to PCGS or NGC, an MS67RB designation IMO is impossible. This coins eye appeal is incredible and the strike is huge! Putting that aside, combining the obverse details as well as the reverse carbon spots, I'd bet this is MS64RB as stated.
