This thing is pretty darn sweet. Got lot of red, blue and some yellowish toning to it. Curious if it might be part of these https://www.pcgs.com/coinfacts/coin...d-1c-bn/2988

Just turned down the highlights and shadows, this is more what it's like to the eye

coinhusker26, copper coins can take on a variety of tones and colors depending on the environmental conditions which they encountered. I don't see anything remarkable or spectacular with your cent.

Do you mean 1977-D Lincoln Memorial Cents? If so - yes, your coin is part of them. But certainly not MS65 - AU at best.
Inordinately fascinated by bits of metal with strange markings and figures

Yes, copper is a reactive metal and often takes on a range of color variations through to exposure to environmental agents. I have a couple Lincoln Cent Dansco albums full of toned examples--those most interesting.

If you like it, keep it.

Not a bad looking cent for his age.

By the way, I removed your initialism, as it is not appropriate terminology for our venue.

Attractive but lightly circulated example.
