1996 W Dime With Carbon Spot - Coin Community Forum

cashhound Pillar of the Community United States 800 Posts	Posted 03/08/2024 5:00 pm I have this coin sealed in plastic by the mint and I've been told that this carbon mark would make it grade lower. This coin is uncirculated. Should I consider this an error since it was done by the mint? Disregard the flash in the plastic. Sorry, I'm a paper money guy.
