decent looking coin with a good shot for a straight grade. VF-35 or maybe even EF-40

VF35. Cleaned. There appears to be an issue above IB in LIBERTY that needs further investigation.

VF35 old cleaning plus it may have been improperly stored picking PVC damage. there is a chance that vedichem may clean this coin up enough to straight grade it.
