This is similar to an entry tokencatalog attributed to the Alexander Hotel in San Francisco. Anyone have copies of the Kappen California token books to verify?

What Kappen has under San Francisco is:
ALEXANDER HOTEL / BAR // GOOD FOR / V / IN TRADE B 21 bb
I don't see anything else. My book is dated 1976 - don't know if there were later issues

This one says it's from Paso Robles, California so I'd say either there or San Fran.

For Paso Robles Kappen has this:
ALEXANDER HOTEL / BAR // GOOD FOR / 5C / IN TRADE A scal-8 28 1/2 bb
So scalloped w 8 lobes - where I use a C after the 5 it is a Cents sign
