1992 Penny Lightning Strike Die Crack?

As to grading, you need to understand the first submission you make to either PCGS or NGC is going to cost you around 150.00-200.00 b/c of added on fees (they require a paid membership). ANACS does not have the membership fees and is a lot less expensive. While you will find people claiming their favorite company is the best one, none of the companies use any verifiable/legitimate standards to grade with. The same gripes can be found online for all the companies. And all of the companies may assign a different grade to a coin if cracked out of their own slab and resubmitted to them.
