Hello,
I'm not sure if this would be classified as an error or not but there is a string that is running through the dollar. Seems like the "paper" for the money didn't get blended well. Any help identifying the error would be greatly appreciated.

That's unusual. I don't believe it's a string. I think it is called defective stock or "as made" defective stock. It mimics a gutter fold except for it's not straight, like a printed fold. The note looks to be in pretty good condition.

In my opinion it looks like a fold after it left the BEP. If it was a string in the paper the R in Romano would be affected.

I'm guessing "As Made Paper Flaw".
