1969-D $1 Error With String In Paper

Seems like the "paper" for the money didn't get blended well. Any help identifying the error would be greatly appreciated. Report this Post to the Staff

I think it is called defective stock or "as made" defective stock. It mimics a gutter fold except for it's not straight, like a printed fold. The note looks to be in pretty good condition.
