A Face-to-Back offset error indicates that the face image is offset printed onto the back of the note, whereas a Back-to-Face offset error is the exact opposite.

Personally, I wouldn't worry about it. The notation on the front of the holder is correct. It's basically an Offset Printing Error. I'm guessing no one will notice the incorrect description noted on the back of the holder.

I just noticed that this had to happed before it got serialized as the offset print is lacking that set of numbers/letters and the green and black seals.
