nice grade for this coin, but how can you tell it was dipped? (I have problems in determining things like that)

I'd like to see an image with more light on the right obverse field.

I don't "think" it has been dipped. I say this as the New Orleans mint is known to have struck some less then stellar Morgans when it comes to luster (Ex.1896-O, 1901-O,02-O and many others. But the photos aren't helping with the determination.

No substitute for in hand inspection. Only by tilting the coin under a light to see if there is any break in cartwheel luster or if there even is any cartwheel luster at all can be one way of determining if it has been dipped

If the seller offers a return privilege then you can be the final judge of whether you like this or not. Lighting changes everything many times.

It's 1895, not 1985. Back to the Future!
I don't see obvious signs of dipping.

Looks normal to me. 1885-O, MS63 or thereabouts

Il try to go for it if get it under 100$ that would be a steal over here. If it grades as it looks
I often write 19 instead of 18, its not the first time, the 1921 morgans have etched 19 into my brain, Strange I don't even like the 1921 version of lady lib! Yeah tilted photos would be better, but maybe that would attract more bidders :D
As always your feedback is very helpfull

Be careful, what is the black residue in the reeding? $100 sounds fine if that stuff comes off.
