kennedy759 Valued Member United States 240 Posts	Posted 04/07/2024 9:19 pm ran across some graded Morgans, not in slabs, the paper cert says IGA dated 1987 and has a grade of MS 64/65. Assume the double grade is for obverse and reverse? the paper cert is green and includes a pic of both sides of the coin, anyone else seen this? Report this Post to the Staff

I haven't seen this particular example. Many of this type are displaying higher grades than the coin deserves but you should view them case by case. My most recent one that I submitted to PCGS was graded IGA 65/65 and came back in a PCGS 64 holder. There are plenty of collectors who will pay a premium for IGA photo certificate coins.
