I don't know what it is but that wouldn't qualify as a bar nickel.

This is not PMD. Perhaps a Rim Fin issue. Not what is typically called a Bar Nickel.

It looks like one but none so far have been found for this year/mint (no listing on VV)
I think it is a fold over Rim Fin.
