Hello all, wondering if this is a VAM-14.20 8 Tail Feather. It the only match I can see with the obverse long ear fill and lines in boils. Thank you for the assistance,
Edward M.

Might be the right VAM number. Obverse and reverse dies were changed so it's important to get all the indicators correctly on both sides. The coin is worn which can eliminate indicators.

Excellent find, congrats! That's an ultra rare VAM, as I'm sure you know. The polishing lines are very apparent in the bolls.

You are correct but I feel like the ear fill tells the story, having the long ear, not the "V" shaped and the lack of the die cracks at the back of the head and above the date. Just my opinion but see what you think.
