Really difficult to tell with the pics. 1920 LWC looks like simple wear but again, pics leave it open to interpretation. In either case, I do not see any errors at play. I swing a metal detector and have a knack for finding dirty old coins. The first does appear to be a dryer coin--can't rule out an acid exposure at one time (or two). The second is showing a good dose of circulation wear--obverse appears to show a hint of woody characteristics. Report this Post to the Staff
