Hi All I have posted new pix of the CBH that I hope will, "show it in a better light." I adjusted the white balance until it looks more like what I see. Please let me know if you think this will grade differently. Thanks

I wish you would put it back to a new post. The people that have already seen the old pix are going to figure they are done and not look back. Made it a new post on purpose. Thanks

People following this topic will want to see the new photos, so I will split it back out, lock and link the original. Original topic for reference: http://goccf.com/t/462877

Still a beautiful coin. Still AU58.
Worth much more (at least to me) as a high end AU58 toner than it would be as a 62 or 63 with poor eye appeal.

Very nice! I'd say high AU.
Errers and Varietys.

Paralyse, that is interesting. On the pcgs site the ms63 is worth about 3 times the au58. Does that reconcile with your comment? I do not understand most of this.

What I mean is that I'd rather have a pretty AU58 than an ugly MS63.

It's a beauty and I'm still at AU-58.

AU details. Huge gash across the middle of the eagle.
Edit: read the first topic thread, those pics I liked a bit more. I agree that it is not UNC, and I personally say details but PCGS might net grade it. I'd need to judge it in hand to see whether the scratch is bad enough.

Thanks for the new pics! I'm still at AU-58+. No matter what, it's a gorgeous coin overall, and it would fetch a good price.
As a side note, it's often the case that a high-end AU coin is easier to sell than a low-end MS coin. Since O-101 is R1, an advanced collector with an unlimited budget could secure an MS-64 example with relative ease. For those of us with limited budgets, AU examples are often more appealing because they offer a very attractive look without breaking the bank. There's just a larger collector base for choice AU than low-end MS, so yours is an excellent coin to have.

Looks even better than before! It's not my series, but I sure have a hard time finding any evident wear on this coin.
