I got this Mercury dime as part of a lot of 3. I plan to liquidate it on ebay, but in the interest of being factual, I want to correctly disclose whether it has been cleaned or polished. To me, it looks very bright for the level of wear, and the high points have that rounded look of polished silver. Is that assessment accurate?

To me, it appears to have been cleaned and/or polished (perhaps burnished)..

I'm thinking VF, possibly details. The color looks off. Maybe cleaned or polished?
