Help Needed With Byzantine Coins - Coin Community Forum

First one appears to be Manuel I Comnenus (1143-1180) I recently posted similar one so I think its that one (SB 1966), but seller posted it as John II (1118-1143), so I want to be sure. With ICAAKI split like that by the emperor's right shoulder and at least one star over the throne on the obv, I'm pretty confident of this being Isaac II, Angelus (1185-1195 AD), with a tentative attribution of Sear BC&V #2003.
