Found this one while searching uncirculated rolls, appears to be struck through (something) on the right wheat stalk.

Interesting. Looks like it.

Just curious, did you check for an rpm? Hard to tell from current photos (which are good), and I realize you're focused on the strike-through, but my silly eyes see a possibility of d/d and maybe a small die crack / bie?
