Quote:An old-school print book, 'A Guide Book of
United States coins' (The Official
Red Book), by 'R.S.Yeoman' valued my '1969 D Linclon Cent MS-65' found in-change at 30 cents.
And, if you post pictures of your actual coin - not some random stock photo of a 1969-D cent - we can have an opinion as to whether or not it really is "MS-65", and point you in the direction of a current price guide.
For example, the
NGC price guide currently lists three prices for MS-65 1969-D cents, depending on the "redness" of your coin: $2.50 for MSBN, $10 for MSRB and $12.50 for MSRD. Granted, this price guide is for slabbed coins, and presumably yours is not slabbed since you "found it in change" and haven't mentioned you've gone and gotten it slabbed, but it still indicates how we can't help without pictures of your actual coin - because we can't see how "red" your coin is, or even if it truly is MS-65.
Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis
