borderline VF35/XF40 coin. was this a scan? if so thats not the best to show the coins surfaces. note the reverse fields. through the discoloration you will see some dull colors. this is typically indicative of an old cleaning that has toned over however it could be the photos making it look this way

Agree VF-35 or so, pretty much just a bullion coin.
