Looks like you may have some dbling, it may be a variety. I,m sure one of the variety collectors will be here soon. to CCF.

Looks more like rub wear to me. The 'doubling' is the result of something scraping across the letters moving the metal.

I know there are different classes, but this is the type of doubling I've found on that years coins.
