Are you referring to only silver coins or any "finds" I am mainly a Lincoln Cent Roll Hound and I get rolls of cents by the box from local banks. I have not found a silver coin in a long, long time John1

I don't really "find" much. My time for CRH is limited so I do not do it that often but the best thing I have ever gotten from a bank was a 1979-S TII SBA, not much silver though(only 40% Kennedys). My best circulation finds are a Wheat cent here and there and a couple silver War Nickels many years ago. Almost everything I obtain these days is purchased, most often from my local coin shop and its bid board but I also buy some online as well as at shows too.

Hi,
I have a tough time with this question in that sometimes for me roll searching and bank teller would go hand in hand. Many times a teller will save rolls for me if they are unusual.
I, of course get my coins roll searching but bank tellers play a huge part in that.
A perfect example is that a Franklin and two 1964 Kennedys turned up yesterday in one roll of halves that a teller saved for me.
Thanks, Bill

I got a Miller light bottle of Cents today. It's going to take me a while to get through them all. The bottle weighs 55 lbs.

Lately tellers have been productive for me for halves. Last week I picked up $100 in 40% Kennedy's from a couple tellers. One said she had been waiting for me to come in. She handed me 6 solid rolls all had dates written on the side including 65, 66, 67, 68 and 69. The teller was quite happy to "get rid of these things" - Later at another bank I picked up 7 rolls which produced the other 4 rolls of 40% coins along with a mixed roll of franklin and 64s. Later that day I went through 4 boxes of halves and found a few but the road trip gave me more than I will likely find for the whole month of searching boxes. Customer rolls are where you will likely hit it big but it seems to only happen about once a month for me. Maine_Jim
