1979 Washington Quarter Doubled Die Obverse / DDO Or Machine Doubling.clashing.or Is There No Error? :)

It looks as though there could be some doubling in the second nine of the date and somewhere on the other areas on the coin. Also, hard to tell because I'm a terrible photographer.
