Hello there I'm wondering what state my 10 cent Roosevelt dime is in?. It is a 1989 It has a P over the date and it seems to have a smoothed out edge on the left on both sides. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks

Could be a tilted die with grease? I say this because of the lack of total rim and some part of letters missing.

the strike is weak on both sides in the same area. If it was a tilted die wouldn't one side strike ok?
Can we see an image of the edge (the reeds)

If the reeding next to the poorly struck portion of the design rim is strong, and the edge is tall, then the design rim weakness is most likely due to inadequate planchet upset.
