I'm glad you posted this because I've come across 2-3 of these some on the obverse on Lincolns neck and some on the reverse like yours. I forgot they are attributed as "UFO". To these old eyes it does look like it goes "behind" Lincon's statue. Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups. We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.
