I was cashing in change from roll hunting and the coin bags on the machine filled up all the way. I called a teller over to change the bag, and as he was changing the bag it started spitting out a bunch of my cents and nickels in the reject bin. I picked them up and started putting them back into the hopper, when I noticed something different looking. I couldn't believe my eyes! It was an 1867 2 cent piece! (oh, then I went to pick up a bank box of half dollars and got 2 Franklins, a '64 and about 12 40%ers from that box. All in all I'd say a pretty good day!) I'm having trouble uploading images from my digital camera, but will continue to try.

A 1867 2 cent piece is not something I would ever expect to find in circulation! That is crazy cool. Looks like roll hunting is paying off for you.

We want picyures! Great find. I never heard of anyone finding a 2 cent piece in circulation in the time I've been collecting.

Ok, I got the picture to load. It's not very good, so I will have to stop by one of the coin photography sections on the community to learn about how to take better pictures. I'm still in awe at this find. Hope the pic helps.
