Hi Guys I couldn't find an example of, what I'm guessing is machine scratching, on the internet. It is in the field but didn't pass over the lettering.. Also there's a round what looks like a bubble on the wing of the bird. I think it's a die chip but the shape is throwing me off...

I agree. The die probably got used longer than it should have been.
