Hey guys I found this one in a roll it has to be PMD but you never know! Looks cool and I can't imagina how it was done.

That is a damaged cent, it was held by the center by 'something' and the area was sanded or ground off of it.
What is the weight of this coin.

It is so crazy that we see so many of these here, yes it is just a sanded coin and has no purpose for it being defaced like that.

Abraded reverse. I'd drop the cent into a 2x2 and keep it as a fun curiosity.
