Found this roll searching and thought it looked odd.
It does seem that the L I B E are not struck as strong a R T Y, but these zincolns are often weakly struck.

Looks to be post-strike damage. Are those linear features sunken (incuse), or raised?

not yet determined...just looking at it without the microscope or camera, all I can see is two shades of copper...slightly different on each side of the anomaly.
Moving it around in various light I noticed that line that separates the shades. And the E does not seem to be damaged like a scratch. If it is a scratch, it jumped the E and continued to scratch.
