oddguy Pillar of the Community United States 4135 Posts	Posted 05/11/2024 09:14 am Some 1982 and there after, you will see this type of damage on coins because of the zinc being exposed. Once this happens the coin will eventually continue to rot until it turns to dust. So spend these while you can. Report this Post to the Staff
