I, for one, don't like the look of all those surface bubbles as this suggests to me that it was cast (but it is hard to tell if they are only on the gunk). Is there a parting line around the edge?

I don't recall seeing an ancient coin with these specific design elements. I think it's a "Fantasy" - someone making something "ancient-looking" but without a specific reference for a specific coin they're trying to copy, since they made up the design completely themselves.
