Great coin! As for terminology, you are close. Since "off center" is an error type, and "broadstrike" is an error type, and they are mutually exclusive, you really can't have an off-center broadstrike. The correct terminology for your coin is uncentered broadstrike. How these are defined can be found here: https://www.error-ref.com/broadstrike-uncentered/

Heh, that cent is really pancaked!
Is there something that can be done to stop zinc rot? Eventually that will eat the coin, right?

The only thing I know to do to keep the "zinc" cents from turning into dust is to treat with Veri-Care and put into an Airtight capsule. If anybody has a better method, please let me know. thanks
