Picked this one on
ebay. The seller is widely known to clean a lot of coins, and seems this one is no exception, but the RPM plus the tapered planchet got me to go for it. It's not really a strong RPM at all, so probably not all that rare, but it's hard to see on a circulated coin and it's been five years since I last photographed one of these.
