Looks like the image was edited or the camera mixed up the pixels some how.

Hold your coin at different lighting angles. Many times I have peer through my looking glass at hat at first appeared to be doubling only to find that it disappeared with a change of the angle to the light source. I also do not see anything special about other than the "T" in liberty seems to have slight post mint damage
